Hello everybody. My name is Damian Bryand and I just purchased a 1968 Chevy C10 SWB a couple of hours ago. This is my first project ever! I was looking for ideas to get my kids off of the computer and their games and decided to buy a restore project because my son will be driving in about 6 months anyway. What a first vehicle for a jr in high school! It's all about father-son bonding. The guy I bought it from is putting in a turbo 400 transmission and I bought a complete 350 motor this morning for $200! The truck needs some love but that's what it's all about. I'm excited and nervous at the same time but it will be fun to work on it with my kids. Anyway, I hope all of you are doing well and I'm sure I will be asking a thousand questions.
