I have just purchased a White 2000 Suburban 2500 LS with 125,000 miles. It seems to be pretty tip top so far. I'll be changing the oil and filter on Monday (5W-30 Full Synthetic) and a Coolant Flush.

I've found the jack and tested the spare tire winch.
