Hello Boys and Girls

Hello Folks. I'm just the typical Chevy. Corvette guy.
I have a miniscule Corvette Collection and a couple of other Chevy's:

Spoiler

1984 Corvette
1991 Corvette
2002 Z06 (Bought her new back in 2002)
2006 Corvette
1998 Z28 (Bought her new back in '98)
1973 C10 Super Cheyenne 454
1973 C10 Super Cheyenne 350 (Bought her new back in '73)

Uh-Oh Don't know what that 'Spoiler is but can't make it go away......

This car was purchased by my relative and he claims it cannot go more than 54 MPH on the highway.The vehicle has not yet been driven, so I'm not sure what the cause could be. Same thing happening with us.
