Default Hello from Holland (Europe)

Hi there! My name is Rick, I'm from Holland, Europe. I drive a 2007 Chevy Express. In Holland we do have a Chevyforum but not as big as this one. I'm a big Chevy fan and I would like to learn more about these fine cars, and the available accessoires. See ya!

Here som pics of my Van:

Welcome to the CF Rick. You obviously take good care of your van (as the pictures show). I was thinking it was newer and I do like those wheels. Very smart and stylin' as the young folks say. You live in a beautiful part of the world, so post more pics of your van in country settings too. Thanks for joining.

Thanks for your welcome! My van recently had a new paintjob, because I didn't like the color ( sandstone metallic). I has a low mileage (40 k) and has a 5,3L V8. The Van is not finished yet, I'm waiting for parts to arrive from Carparstwholesale. I've ordered a Rhino grille guard, Lund sunvisor II (with led lights) and also very recently I got a new Flowmaster 45 series system on it. New runningboards are now at the bodyshop to be painted. I am a contractor in demolition, so I also want to have it decal.

Thanks for the compliment Gwampa, I'll post some more pics of my van with nice backgrounds of Holland soon.

The condition of your van is quite something. Here in Canada these large vans are used mostly by contractors. They dont have much choice because the savana is the only van sold by GM now. The Astro was a very popular van among the contractors but it was cancewlled and the Uplander was also a popular choice. I have never seen a nice van like yours anywhere.

Hi Capucine,

Thanks for the compliment. I'm also a contractor in demolition work. I alwas try to keep my van (and other machines) in perfect condition.

Here in Holland there are not that much USA vans. Mostly Mercedes Sprinters (US: Dodge Sprinter) and a lot of VW Transporter T5 (not for sale in the US or Canada).

See ya!

Rick

Rick. This van is to nice for contracting work. I can see the inside from the back doors. You should buy an old Daf or Bedford for your work and keep this beauty for your sunday best. By the way what year is this van?
