I was reading about all the problems installing plugs in the astros 4.3 engine . I changed mine in 45 mins . That counting , jacking it up , putting it on jack stands , and pulling tires off . So basicly it took about 20 mins to change plugs. I removed the 2 pieces that separate the tires from the engine , Theres plastic retainers that pop right out . Once those are removed , u can see all 3 plugs on both sides . I used 2 8" extensions , one of them has a wobbly end . . No problem !
