Joined last week looking for info on my sisters Malibu and just wanted to say thanks. Found both her problems and she is happy.

The wife and I own a Cavalier, a Camry and my ride is a Dodge Ram.... One out of three isn't that bad although I guess it could be better. I am a lift truck service tech but these new vehicles sure can be a pain without getting yours hand on a service manual and that is what is so great with forums such as this.

I will post what I found wrong with my sisters car in the Malibu section.
