Hello my 1995 Vectra 31RQ with Chevy 454 7.4L, blowing my ALT 20 amp

Hello everyone,
My 1995 Vectra 31RQ with Chevy 454 7.4L instrument cluster stops working when hitting bumps (blows ALT 20 amp fuse) then tranny (4L80E) goes on limp mode. What would be the problem.
