Default Hello from Southern Alberta

Hi all,

been in Alberta for almost 2 years now and wanted a truck since coming here. A new baby, car, and diving head first into my love of shooting, the truck was put on the back burner.

Last week I finally bought my first truck, a 1992 Chevrolet 1500, 236k on it, decent condition, a nice project vehicle. I know nothing about vehicle but have always wanted to learn, am very much looking forward learning about and working on the truck. I'm hoping the wealth of knowledge on this forum will help me with any issues I have.

It wouldn't hurt to get a Chilton's or Haynes manual for the truck to help you learn as you go.

Haynes manual was my first purchase after the truck
