Default Help !!

So my family is looking to Tavel next week in their 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 but the truck has some problems, it seems to not have enough power to go past 2k rpms, you press the pedal all the way down and it will stay around 2k

also somwtimes the truck will not starts instantly, it takes a couple of seconds

if anybody has an idea of what it might be please helpppp

I would check the fuel pressure first. When the truck doesn't start instantly, is that when it is cold or when it is hot?

This happens once the truck is already hot, I was thinking of seafoaming it
