Hello, I purchased a new remote to unlock the doors on my 1999 silverado 1500(99-02 bodystyle), but when I try to start the program process it won't go into program mode. The process I'm using is holding the unlock button on the driver side and turning the key on and off twice then letting go of the unlock button, but it still won't lock and unlock to let me know it's in program mode. Anyone know if there might be a fuse or some sort of switch I can check? I'm a little confused because when the truck is unlocked and I drive over 10-15 mph it automatically locks
