Default Helpppppp!!!!

Any body know why my suburban is saying the motor is running hot when its not. I replaced the thermostat water pump and temp sensor any body know whats going on??

make, model year, engine
- the engine is running hot; Based on the coolant temp gauge in the dash?
-how have you confirmed its not running hot?

it is a 2002 with the 5.3 vortex and I know its not over heating because as soon as I stop at a light it goes right back down and it does not go over half if it is in idle

have you bled the system of air?
