Howdy!
Yup, another newbie here... from Vancouver, BC.
My project car at the moment is a 2000 Cavalier Z24 convertible... done a load of stuff to it... did up the 2.4L motor, then blew the #4 ring land with the GM supercharger (unflashed, running a p&p head and hotter cam than the thing could handle)... so I dumped the 2.4L and found a 00 Buick Park Avenue Ultra, with the 3.8L V6 supercharged (L67) engine to shoe-horn into it... swap is just about done... finishing up the wiring at the moment, just need to find someone to shorten the axle shafts 2.5" on each side
I've been around J-cars since 2000... had 5 or 6 now. Buying another one this week too
I've been on J-body.org since 2000, and I know pretty much everything there is to know about these dang cars now. I help run BCGME.ca, which is the BC GM Enthusiasts board. I also helped build BC J-body into what it is now.. plus I help maintain the FAQ on JBO.
