Hi my name is Ian. I'm 33 years old and a long time Chevy/GM owner. I currently drive a lifted 1996 Z71 extended cab GMC and a 1994 S10 (my first Chevy, I bought it at age 20, it now has over 300,000 miles and still runs strong) and the wife drives a 2000 Blazer (a real cream puff formerly owned by a little old lady). I have already found this forum quite helpful, I just swapped out the transmission in my Z71 and after doing some research on this forum I had to trade the one I had just gotten to replace it for one of the right year model (I thought a 94 4L60e would work on a 96, haha, fortunately the guy I got it from traded it out for me). Anyhow, I look forward to finding a lot more useful information here, and thanks for having me.
