Intermediate crank won't start.
2003 Chevy Impala,
replace the engine about two years ago and recently the vehicle has been having issues starting it would start off the second crank. Now after the vehicle started and the driver a short distance roughly 10 to 15 miles and turn the vehicle off after you get to your destination the vehicle will not start again. It normally takes two to three hours and then the vehicle will go into a reset mode and crank and start. Now I have replaced ignition control modular, crankshaft position sensor, harmonic balancer, knock sensors, starter, alternator, battery, ignition and ignition switch and still nothing has changed. Recently ran an internal scan and code U1000 came up if anyone has this similar issue please reach out would mean a great deal to me thank you very much.
