OK, maybe it's not really THAT old school.

I am Doug from Salt Lake City, Utah and I just joined this community. I am from southern Utah, in a place where outdoors was pretty much all we could do for fun. Very small town called Orangeville.

I'd like to tell you all about my truck. It's a 1987 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 V10 4x4... white exterior with burgundy red interior. This baby is immaculate, runs perfect, has low mileage... and I bought it for just $300! I don't mean to make any of you jealous...

I haven't done any modifications to it yet, partly because I just love how these old style trucks look with the stock equipment. I love the old school look of the dashboard and gauge clusters. It reminds me of a white Chevy my grandpa used to have when I was small. I used to sit in the back of that truck for a long time... I just loved it so much. So I guess it's fitting that I now have one of my own.

I would love to help anyone with problems or questions I have knowledge about, so feel free to ask.

You have an 87 Silverado.... That was probably the best of that generation. Very solid truck!
