I have a 2015 Chevy Equinox with 43000 miles - My OnStar went out recently and the dealer wants $1000.00 to fix it. So I decided to get directions using my iPhone 7 plus through the radio using Blue Tooth. It works fine - but, when I connect my phone to the car using Blue Tooth music plays from my library of downloaded songs. I receive audible turn by turn directions through the radio speakers but my music plays. The music stops when the directions begin then the music resumes. I can seem to get answers from Apple. Does anyone know how I can stop the music and still get audible turn by turn directions through the radio speakers ?
