Kiwi with first American iron
Hi folks,
I'm a kiwi, ex NZ Navy, finally sold my 35ft flybridge motor yacht by part trading an 84' Silverado custom stepside. The plan was to sell it but made the fatal mistake of taking her for a drive. Already working out how to tell the wife her Cavalier is going to lose its spot in the double garage, no way would I do that to my daily driver, an 06' Jaguar 4.2Litre supercharged V8 Sovereign!
So, I'm an ex Harley rider (so technically the Chevy isn't my first USA Iron lol), have owned a Bentley Turbo, a Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit, 5 Jags, and 20 other mostly Aussie and Brit cars, but finally got my big Yank V8, and its love!
I look forward to sharing and learning from the group.
