Default Made the plunge

Hi, all.

Some of you might remember a few comments from me in recent months. Anyway, I took the plunge on a 2009 Suburban. It had 182k miles on it, but my mechanic checked it out and it came back needing only some front axle boots, so I replaced those the day after I bought it, just under 3 weeks ago now.

This unit is white with tan interior, 4WD, Z71 package, 5.3L engine, HD tow package. We are loving it, and look forward to many trips in it.

The best part: I paid cash for it.

The other best part: If this unit proves to be a pile (early indications tend against that), we can always sell it and buy something newer.

Good Luck with your new Chevy. If it was taken care of, it is only just broken in!

Thanks, that's kind of the impression I got after researching these things.

Hopefully it lasts me for a long time, but I figure I got a good deal if it lasts me 20k miles.

Default Timing chain

Just drop a timing chain in it and it should go another 182k.
