Hey guys, Brand new to the forum. Looking for some advice on how to repair this, or if I can just replace that one piece where the rust is, its on both sides.

Also, I just bought this truck today. It has a 350CI with a 5 speed manual. What are some good power adders? Long tube headers are where im starting, just need some more ideas.
