At least that's what my wife and daughter think it is. Getting down to the point, I decided it was time to get myself a newer (for me) pickup, so I found a 1998 C1500 Std Cab, Silverado trim, with the 5700 Vortec, and the 4L60E trans. It has a G80 diff, with 3.73 gears, and all sorts of power options to go wrong

I'm retired, so I'm doing what I like to do when I get a new toy, which is going through it from front to back, changing fluids and filters, and checking systems.

I've found a couple of issues, and I posted in the "full-size truck forum", hoping to get some help.

And, I've been working on cars and trucks all my life, so I can hopefully help others when they run into maintenance and repair issues.
