Default Need Help

hello everyone my name is Jesse and im new to this forum.

Currently im working on a 1973 corvette and i just had a engine put together and i hoping some would be able to look at he engine spec and let me know what they think of this. Its a 454 Chevy big block

Here are the specs of the engine

JRE prepped Chevy 2 bolt main block, bored to 4.280
Ground smooth, stamped #44, painted JRE silver
JRE prepped Chevy 4.00 cast steel crank .010/.010
Clevite P series bearings .010 undersize
7/16 dot rods with ARP 7/16 bolts
TRW forged pistons,.030 over, 29.4cc dome, 10.42-1 compression
Hastings moly rings, gapped at .022 top, .020 second
Crower hydraulic roller cam
lobe lift intake .369 x 1.7 ratio rocker .627 valve lift
exhaust .372 x 1.7 ratio rocker .632 valve lift
duration @ .050 intake 244
exhaust 256
intake centerline 104
Comp Cams retro-fit hydraulic roller lifters
Comp Cams pushrods
Comp Cams Springs, retainers, locks
Chevy 074 Aluminum heads mildly ported with a 116cc chamber
Eaton stainless 2.250 intake valve

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have a very strong player in that engine. Beware that now you will be able to find the next weakest point in the drivetrain if you're not careful.
