new 92 vandura owner
Hey gang! Picked up this van off an old couple that were too old to drive anymore. Been sitting for 10 years and had only 2 owners. The previous owner for 20 years. It was sitting in the yard attached to an RV and were being sold together or separate. I saw it and just had to have it! I needed a winter project that wasn't too out of my league. The motor and transmission purr. Fluids looked clean. Little to no rust. Got that nice wood oak trim that I'd like to refinish. Only needed a outer tie rod to pass the road safety. I see that there's still some accessories available for the old girl. Like door weatherstripping and power door switches for example.I already changed the front windshield moulding and got them to tint the windows while it was in the shop. . I'm hopin' there's a few owners out there that can help me out from time to time with my queries and conundrums. Sorry if this is a long intro....just a little pumped.Cheers!
