Default New blood to the forum

I stumbled across this and hope to get some answers. I have a 2004 s10 blazer. Ive replaced the thermostat, flushed my system, put a new water pump on earlier this year. I have no heat in my cabin which i thought was leading to a heater core. I have no smells or leaks coming from the cabin. Both hoses are cold so i pulled off the in and out hoses going to the heater core no fluid in both hoses and barely any fluid in the heater core to come out. It also needs fluid every other day... Its not alot but it needs it. What could be a cause of this and how can i fix it?
