Hi. I'm new. I love Chevy trucks
Had several...'72 C10, '84 Custom Deluxe, bought my first brand new one in '86..put 300,000 km on it, I currently own a '99 Silverado and I love it.
My dream is to find a '65 C10 to restore. I am a mechanic by trade..spent most of my career fixing Fords

I look forward to participating in this forum however I can.

JB

Thanks, Nomad76lj! I appreciate the tip...still haven't found anyone with a fix for my problem yet, though. I would like to get the windows in this coming Sunday, but until I can get some suggestions to fix the issue, I can't put in the glass. Maybe no Woodward Dream Cruise for me this year.....

i read your post on the window problem. i dont know much on restoring older cars but is there a way you can pinch the track a bit to make it to small for the wheel to come out so that when you try the front the back wont come out on you? just a thought.
