I have owned my 1998 Silverado for 10 years, my father bought the truck new and sold it to me in 2012 at 150,000 miles, The truck has 232,000 miles on it now.
In the 10 years i have owned it I have used it as a daily driver a lot in my construction business but now I try to drive it only when I need to haul stuff that won’t fit in a car. I have keep up with the rust and fixed the mechanical things when they break. The engine only burns a quart of oil every 3,000 miles and has been a very dependable truck but it’s time to address the suspension which has not been touched in my ownership.
