I have a 2008 chev malibu ltz 3.6 vs 6 spd trans amber bronze.got it new in april 2008,with 6.miles on the clock.i now have 15,000 miles on the clock.its been a greatcar so far.i use mobile 1 oil. just got back from a 3,000 trip.my mpg was btween 30.8 and 33.5 at 70/75 mph.ac work great in the south west. 10/12 hr,s be hind the wheel was no problem.1 am 74 years old.i have had a lot of cars,suv,s minvans in the last ten years,this may be the best one yet.I traded in a 2006 cadillac srx on the malibu, the malibu is a better car. i live on t0p of a 7200 ft elv mountain,the 3.6 v6 and the 6 spd manual padal shifter on the steeringwheel,may be the best thing on the car,it works realy good going up and down the mountain, i use the brake,s very little going down hill. i change my oil and filter when my.dc says 20%.i broke the car in gently as i do on all of my new cars.if you are thinking about a new car take a at the look at the malibu, its a good car. jack
