Joined this morning. I spent the last 3 days troubleshooting my van's complete loss of climate control functions. I bought the van just over a year ago and have made 3 trips from NH to FL with fan functions that were intermittent and we never had heat to the floor or a working defroster. Last week everything stopped working. No blower, no A/C, no heat - Nada. This Forum was a huge help in diagnosing everything and swapping out the components, In the end I would up swapping out the partially burnt ballast resistor and fried plug along with the HVAC Climate Control in the dash, (If anyone needs some advice on swapping out the control module, let me know.)

With insight from the Forum, and in particular mountainmanjoe, everything now works like Mother General intended. Having A/C here in the Florida sun and heat for the next ride back north to New Hampshire is a blessing. I'm looking forward to enjoying the additional benefits of being a forum member and being able to exchange knowledge and ideas with other members. Thank you!
