just bought the new 2012 silverado. gave up the former silverado for the wife to get a new car about 3 years ago and took over equinox, which was a nice little ride with the 6 cylinder and made a decent little puller of my 12' jon boat and trailer, but not much on hauling stuff in the back for the camping and hiking we do. so, after much thought and debating the luxury of the equinox 30 miles to the gallon on the highway, i said to hell with it and came back to what i'm used to, the silverado and i love it. just bought it yesterday in the rain at closing time..lol. will post a pic when i get some taken after the rain lets up. 2012 imperial metallic blue silvy LT crew cab

 

Welcome to the Forums. That 2012 sounds nice. That rain ever let up? It rained here in Sunny Florida for a week straight last week, got 20" in 24 hours one day.
