Hi Everyone -- Hubby Jim will be posting to technical and help threads, but I'm Annie, just introducing us. We are a Colorado mountain couple, semi-retired EMS providers with two dogs, who just bought a 2015 Chevy Express "passenger van" that was gutted inside and clad with diamond plate by the previous government owners We chose the 3500 with a 6L engine and 6-spd tranny to tow our 4500-lb Keystone Springdale up and down the mountains and across the country to visit our aging Dad. Pre-purchase inspection gave it a thumbs up, tho it needs upgrades and a lot of interior TLC. More from Jim on techy threads. I''ll be looking for any advice and resources for converting the interior to a safe, comfy space for ourselves and the pups, who always travel with us.
