Oil Consumption- Chevrolet spark.
Hi everyone I'm new here, I'm thinking of buying a Chevrolet spark here in the UK, But I have heard the horror stories of Chevrolets' using lots of oil, but does this apply to the ones in the UK , I know the ones built in the UK are from gm Korea, so will they have the same fault?,I would be grateful for any answers, thanks Steve

GM's only engine oil consumption issues were on 5.3 L truck engines with Active fuel management. The problem was on 2008 to nov 2009 model year trucks. The problem has been corrected by gm engineering.
There are no oil consumption issues that I have heard of on any other models.
