One Side Not Working
My son changed the starter in his Silverado last week. As he was connecting the battery the ratchet he was using must have hit the positive cable causing a ground. As he finished connecting everything, he started the truck. He then noticed that the RS windows, DS window switch for the RS, headlight, tail light, interior light, radio, AC/Heating unit were not working. Tried testing fuses today but no luck. So I have 2 questions.
1. I am starting at the fuses to see if he tripped one. But, not sure which fuse box I should be looking at and then which specific fuse? We do not have the owner's manual and I couldn't find anything online.
2. Lets assume that its not the fuse, any ideas as to what it could be?
Thank you.

Check both the interior and engine fuse boxes for fuses related to the windows, lights, and AC/heating. If fuses are fine, the short may have damaged a relay, grounding point, or electrical module. Consider having an auto electrician inspect it if the fuses check out.
