By Pass Pass lock
Is it a pellet key? If so, you have to know the resistance, or the pass lock number 1-15, these reflect the resistance of the chip. If you don't know, and got a blank key, you'll have to have a pellet key cut, and do a relearn. That's with key on, no crank with the new key for 30 mnutes. Turn ignigtion to off, then start. Hopefully that will fix it.
If you have the old key, either read the resistance on it with a DVOM, or take it to a locksmith to have it read. With the blank that came with the new switch, have that key cut with that number.
