Default Reduce power "08 malibu lt"

In need of help my 2008 malibu has a reduce power and service traction control, check engine light on when I driving on the interstate going about 70. I did some research and found that there's no real fix for this issue.

Hello Micwill74,

I'm sorry that you're experiencing these issues with your Malibu. I would be happy to possibly assist you further with this. Can you please PM me your VIN, mileage, contact info and a preferred dealership? Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

my 08 impala did this too, I took it to the dealer and they had to put a new gas pedal in.. so idk if that would be it in this case. my car said reduce engine power and I couldn't get it to go over 40 mph.
