reset time and others presets

Default reset time and others presets
I have to reset my time, languaje, tone and other presets every time I turn on my equinox ltz 2010.
Please let me know what to do.

Check for a blown fuse. The constant power to the radio may have a blown fuse. Always check the simple things first.
