ribeye Welcome to to the forum...
Boy that is a loaded question Are you having problems with it now?
140k miles its getting up there, but a lot can depend on how its been used and how well its been serviced...
You might check out the trail blazer threads located here TrailBlazer - Chevrolet Forum - Chevy Enthusiasts Forums and see what others are saying...

I had a 2003 Trailblazer and had to rebuild the transmission at 52,000 miles. Never used it for towing.

Ribeye: Welcome to the forum.

If it it's currently trouble-free, get a BG tranny service as it comes with a two or three year warranty.
