I have a 1998 Chevy Tahoe. It won't shift in to 1st or OD, nor will it down shift, unless you kill it and restart it, then it will shift 1 time to first. Acts like maybe it's electrical, as it started after going down a extremely washboarded road PLEASE HELP!!
