I am driving a 1993 Chevy pickup with a 5.7 liter remanufactured engine. I drove the truck just fine on Sunday and then I parked it. The next morning I woke up and tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I determined it was a spark issue. I checked everything and everything seems to check out fine. Since I could not find a problem I just started replacing everything the only thing that was not replaced in the entire system was the wiring harness, the plug wires, and a crankshaft sensor. I get spark into viddy distributer but I do not get spark out. After replacing the distributor figured that would finally solve the issue. Unfortunately I still have no spark. I have been unable to find the crankshaft sensor. Anybody have any suggestions?
