Default Suburban high beams shine straight down

Hey everyone, I'm new to the group. Have had GM's for years but this is my first Suburban. We just got a 2017 the other day and the first time I drove after dark I noticed the headlight issue. The low beams are normal but the high beams shine straight to the ground. I took it back to the dealer and they just adjusted them causing the low beams to shine way too high. These only have one adjustment I can find so they are not adjusted independently high beam from low beam. Any ideas what's going on with them?

Thanks

Rob

It does seem like they're upside down but there's no way the headlight can be installed incorrectly as far as position. Everything appears normal when compared to other I see online.
