Unhappy Tire safety

My newly purchased 2013 Chev Silverado 2500 HD has passenger tires installed on it by the dealer I purchased it from. Shame on me for not noticing this before completing the purchase. What recourse do I have with the dealer, CARVANA, who acknowledged putting passenger tires on a truck that requires LT tires? I have driven the truck about 400 miles since purchasing it in January 2020. Carvana and I have been communicating on the issue, but no solution so far. Carvana asked for a statement from an authorized provider on tires and I have shared a local authorized Chevrolet service department invoice document that reads "tech found pass tires installed on vehicle, vehicle is a 2500 truck requiring LT tires....tech recommended installing LT tires required for trucks". Now Carvana has asked for the following in an email to me:Thank you for calling in today! I just wanted to follow up on our conversation. Going over the paperwork with my team and we are seeing on the paper from the repair facility that it is "recommended" that they put different tires on. I know thats just specific verbiage they use, but we were looking for something stating that the tires should not be on the vehicle and that it is a safety concern. Are you able to provide paperwork from that shop stating that the tires need to be changed for safety and not say "reccomended?"

Thoughts or suggestions. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Go to the tire shop and have them write it the way Carvana wants it.

if the dealer fails to correct this; contact the governing body in your state (ministry of transportation in my province) and ask what recourse you have. no way this should have passed a safety inspection.

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless I were hauling heavy loads at freeway speeds as long as PSI is good. Probably no big deal at no-or-light loads. If you're hauling or towing heavy - you want heavier duty tires. What does the door jamb sticker show for tires?

Whatever vehicle specs calls for the dealer needs to put on your truck. Owners manual and door sticker should answer the question
