I was changing my ignition key lock cylinder and as i started to get everything back on, i am having trouble getting the lock plate back on, come so close n stops, with possibility of bending plate, since i did that to one already...need helps

Make sure you have everything right under lock plate, steering wheel lock in right place , buy the tool to remove and install lock plate .
