My car has been with my mechanic for 8 months. He has not been able to troubleshoot my problem. I have 2014 Chevy Equinox LS 4 cylinder gas vehicle. My issue is the vehicle will go to Power saving mode, Stablitrak will engage, the shifter will lock itself in the Park mode. Only way to unlock shifter is to unlock manually. The brake pedal sensor has been replaced, the TCM replaced, the BCM replaced and the ECM as well. Still with the same symptoms. No check engine lights and my mechanic has scanned it with no codes coming back. He reprogrammed the Brake pedal sensor, TCM, BCM, and ECM. Please any ideas what it could be?
