I swapped out all my exterior bulbs for LEDs on my 2002 Silverado 1500, only when it is could outside, my turn signals stay on for my short drive to work, about 10 mins. Any other time of day I drive my truck the signals work as normal. My turn signals are only affected when its cold and after I installed the LEDs.
When I activate the turn signals when they are both on, like the picture below, they will work and flash and tick.
Does anyone have any information or guidance on how to fix this issue?

You may need to put a load resistor in your circuit.
