Default Unacceptable Chevy Support

I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500HD LTZ Duramax. This truck has been in the shop 14 times in the past three years and at least 6 of those ties have been for the same oil leak. It is now at another dealer and they shave found the oil leak. The upper oil pan has a crack in it. They have now ordered the oil pan but it has been sitting on their lift for two weeks waiting on an oil pan that they have no idea of when it will come. This is just totally unacceptable. Has anyone else has this lousy support out of Chevrolet? I have been a loyal Chevy owner for 50 years and do not own anything but a Chevrolet. Just very frustrating!!!!!!!

Well, if your state has lemon law, and you can document it, turn it over to an attorney.

I have all the repair orders for every visit. If I dont get any answers tomorrow, that is what will happen.

I don't think a 4 year old truck is eligible for the Lemon law. It varies by state but 4 years is too long?

you have a dealership repair problem...not a Chevrolet support problem. If the SAME problem keeps returning...its a comeback and the dealership should be repairing it free of charge if its under a year for your return.

We'll see what the attorney has to say. Then decide if we will proceed.

Sound like a dealer service center issue. This is a readily accessible part.
