I have a 2010 Express Van. it has 300,000 on it. V 8. The motor runs perfectly. Yesterday I noticed a very small tapping, you really have to listen to hear it. Does anyone know if there is a oil additive to resolve this? Thank you.

 

You can try marvel mystery oil. What I read is the rocker arms need adjusting, probably looking at a lifter.
