Default What you get from Chevrolet customer service.

I bought my 2015 Silverado 1500 Ltz z71 brand new in February of 2016. From the moment I drove it home I had vibration issues. Took it to the local dealer and they told me they don’t even try to fix vibration issues anymore because they don’t have a fix. I called corporate customer service, they made th local dealer do something. They balanced 1 tire, it helped but didn’t fix anything completely. I had th truck in there times for th vibration issue, where they have kept th truck over night. Once being 2weeks. The flushed th transmission 3 times which stopped th shutter and feeling like I was driving over rumble strips, but it didn’t fix it completely. Last time they road forced balanced th tires 4 times and said they couldn’t get them to balance. This is a factory good year in good shape. I’ve never heard of good tires not balancing, especially when Chevrolet are selling them on 50k dollar trucks. This last no only is it a vibration is but when you plug anything into th USB port you get a whistling noise that will drive you crazy. I called th service manager and told him to prove it to me th tires are the reason for th issues. I told him to get a brand new truck with th same tires and wheels as mine and let’s put it on my truck on go for a ride. He agreed, but won’t call me back or set up a appointment, even after he told me he would set it up and call me. At this point I called Chevrolet corporate customer service. Then the obvious thing happens, they are pushing me off in hopes my warranty runs, or I give up, or 3 th stipulations of th lemon law will run out. Ive called them 6 times and they say, we have a serious adviser working on it. We will have them call you. At this point, I’ve given a certified dealer numerous chances to fix the truck. And now I’ve reached out to corporate numerous times in th last 10days and they won’t call me back nor put me on th phone with someone that can get something done. If you read forums it’s no secret that th 2015 8speed has vibration issues and chevrolet knows about and can’t fix it. At this point I’m so disappointed, the most expensive vehicle I ever owner shakes, and it’s embarrassing to let people ride with me. I bought th truck as a celebration of 10years at my job and getting promoted back to my home town. No more long trips to Atlanta. I’m a resesonable man, I work hard for my money. I don’t like getting taken advantage of or getting th run around. I feel I have exhausted all avenues. Chevrolet is gonna have to offer me a very good trade in value on my truck or I’m getting a lawyer. I’ve already reached out to one and they said I qualified for the lemon law. I really didnt want to go down that avenue but Chevrolet is given me no choose. They aren’t offering any help at all. I would advise anyone thinking about buying a Chevrolet product to think again, the vehicles are nice but as soon as you have a problem, your on your own.
