Worst Customer Service EVER….
I must have a Big Dark Cloud hovering over me when I attempted to Ordered aftermarket parts for my 2016 Colorado. O.M.G.
Just a heads up, 4PRO Auto Parts, Ouch….. Save yourself a huge headache, look elsewhere.
Why can’t a company just admitted they screwed up? That would be to easy, let’s just give the customer the run around.
All I wanted was to upgrade my Grill to a Byson Style Grill…….
Missing parts, no Customer Service Phone number, EMAIL ONLY.
I knew within 10 minutes of opening the package, I was going to return this,
not so fast on that request.
My credit card company has refunded me (awesome),
Now 4PRO Auto Parts can deal with them.

That is the reason I don't order from Rock Auto if I need the parts right away. If I can buy it locally for near the same price that's where I go. If there is a problem I can rectify it the same day. Don't like having my daily driver down waiting for parts. With RA you can't talk with anyone and it takes forever to exchange parts. We have 5 auto parts stores in town but I prefer NAPA.
