'The 2006 Chevrolet HHR Is A Hip Heritage Hauler'
The Chevy HHR comes from that odd period where every single car, no matter what it looked like, could be called retro. The HHR comes right smack dab from that time frame.
MotorWeek dubs the HHR as muscular, and I don't totally disagree. I would say that I have a very different idea of muscular than the esteemed Mr. Davis.
The HHR has "impressive" power in the low-end, but is then labored when you accelerate. Whoda thunk? They do say the 0 to 60 time is slow, but back in the day a 9.4 second time would be considered spritely.
How times change.
Ok, enough from me. Watch, learn, and love the HHR now. NOW.
MotorWeek Theater is our showcase of some of our favorite classic reviews from public television's finest motoring program. How does this video only have 19,129 views? It's heritage hip awesome!
