I bought my truck from Dalessio Chevrolet back in 2007. Prior to that I used them frequently when repairing my 2001 Grand Prix GTP. I have never had any issues per say regarding the actual repairs but there were times when communication broke down between myself and the service department leaving me wondering what exactly was going on with my car or truck. The service manager was however very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and once the repairs were actually finished I did not have any return visits for the same issues. I would recommend them to anyone in the Morristown, NJ area when buying a new Chevy.
