I have a 2005 Chevy Colbalt. This is the third time this has happened in 2 days. My traction control light comes on while I'm driving. I park and went into the store today and when I came out car started perfectly, everything works fine, tc light on but won't shift out of park. Get a ride home and couple hours later go back for the car. I'm able to shift out of park now. Do you know what can be causing this.

 

Is this an automatic or manual? You didn't quite say.
