Question 66 & 67 novas

I know there are visual differences but are the '66 and '67 nova grills interchangeable? thanks

Pretty sure they were not. Chevy had a hot-seller in the US (Nova means "don't run" in Spanish") in the 1960's and lots of small things like this were different the following year. I owned a 1970 model Nova. Nice car. Had the OPTIONAL shoulder belt, which was nice as I never used it anyhow..Ran great until I sold it. No major problems at all.
